Supporting a SAS Server Architecture
My prerogative has always been to share my knowledge with the entire SAS user community (hence this blog & all my SAS papers). For an approach to supporting the entire SAS Server Architecture, I presented a paper at the SGF 2009 conference and created a Wiki page in SASCommunity.org to continually update/improve information on how to manage a Windows 9.1.3 SAS Environment: Supporting a SAS Server Architecture
However it is always nice to have a subject matter expert on retainer for any issues and to make continuous improvements for performance. Over the past two years, I have been supporting SubZero's SAS Warranty Analysis System via our ZenGuard Service.

Creating a Date Range Prompt in Web Report Studio - SAS 9.2 Version
There is actually many more PROMPT types available in SAS 9.2 than the prior version. Including ranges for date, time, text, and numeric! The 'Date Range' type specifically replaces the workarounds necessary in a prior version. (See these workarounds in post: Creating a Date Range Prompt in Web Report Studio in SAS9.1.3)
Included are the steps in SAS 9.2 (Information Map Studio & Web Report Studio 4.2):
1. Within Information Map Studio - For the Date Variable, Select 'Properties', Move to 'Value-Generation Method' and choose 'User Selects Values from a Dynamic List'
2. For the Filter, Select the Condition 'Range of values (between)'
3. For the Filter, Values Select 'Use Single Prompt for both 'From' and 'To' Values'
4. For the Prompt, Select Prompt Type 'Date Range'
5. Save the Information Map
6. Within Web Report Studio - Apply the prompted filter in Web Report Studio to the Date Variable
7. View the report to receive the prompt options for Date Range:
