Go with the Maintenance Release When Moving to New Add in to MS Office (9.2)

If you are heavy Add-in to MS Office users and are looking to upgrade to SAS 9.2, now is the time! The new maintenance release of SAS provides a much needed fix for Add-in to MS Office.

Found that in the last release (TS2M0), Add in users were unable to use the CTRL-Z (or Edit-Undo for those keyboard fobies out there) on any changes made within Excel. Even when Add-in wasn't being used.

There are several other fixes out there that appear really important, but CTRL-Z is one of my fav capabilities in MS, so getting that back is definetly a first priority item.

Note ~ If you have Add-in and this the missing CTRL-Z is driving you nuts, you can disable the Add-in without uninstalling it until the SAS Admin gets the Maintenance Release setup. Here are the instructions:
